NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹³⁰Te(³⁷Cl, 4n)¹⁶³Tm, E=165 MeV; measured E\G, Iγ, γγ-coinc, mean lifetimes using DSAM and the Gammasphere array. ¹⁶³Tm deduced quadrupole transition moments for proposed triaxial strongly deformed bands.
