Systematics of excitation energies and B(E2) values in ^{118,119,120,121,122,123,124,125,126,127,128,129,130}Sn, ^{121,122,123,124,125,126,127,128,129,130,131}Sb. Comparison with shell model calculations. Discussed neutron-neutron and neutron-proton interactions, and neutron seniority mixings.
