Multiple Shape-Driving ν(h_11/2)² and π(h_11/2)² Alignments in ¹²⁰Ba

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ⁵⁸Ni(⁶⁴Zn, 2p), E=265 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ(θ), γγ-coin. ¹²⁰Ba deduced high-spin levels, J, π, band configuration and aligned angular momenta. Comparison with neighboring nuclei and with theoretical calculations. GAMMASPHERE array.
