Constraining the region in which the ratio B4/2≤1 in Te isotopes through lifetime measurements in 115Te

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 106Pd(13C, 3n), (13C, X)115Te, E=56 MeV; measured reaction products, Eγ, Iγ; deduced γ-ray energies, initial and final states J, π, level scheme, mean level T1/2, B(E2) with the recoil distance Doppler-shift (RDDS) method. Comparison with multiple theoretical frameworks: the shell model with the realistic pairing plus multipole terms with monopole interaction, large-scale configuration-interaction shell-model calculations, and the interacting boson-fermion model with triaxial deformation.
