Possibility of stable octupole deformation in 100Ru

Comparison with systematics of alternate parity bands of Actinide and Lanthanide nuclei. Array of 11 HPGe clover detectors at K-130 cyclotron at the Variable Energy Cyclotron Centre (VECC, India).
