NUCLEAR REACTIONS 1H(34Si, p), [secondary 34Si from fragmentation of 63 MeV/nucleon 40Ar beam], E=5 MeV/nucleon; measured particle spectra, energy loss, cross sections of the proton elastic scattering at E(p)(cm)=2.5-5.5 MeV. 35P; deduced resonances, proton widths, total widths, spectroscopic factors; IAR of 35Si states. R-matrix analysis. 35Si; deduced levels, J, π from IAR assignment. Thick target inverse kinematics (TTIK) experiments at RIKEN facility. Comparison of 35Si levels with those in N=21 nuclei of 33Mg, 37S, 39Ar, 41Ca. Comparison with previous studies.
