NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹⁴¹Pr(¹⁶O, 3n), E=75 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ, γγ(θ)(DCO) using an array of eleven HPGe detectors at Tsukuba accelerator facility. ¹⁵⁴Ho; deduced high-spin levels, J, π, bands, multipolarity, configurations, alignments, multi-quasiparticle states. Systematics of yrast structures in ^153,154Ho, ^152,154Dy, ¹⁵⁴Er.
