Dipole response in 128, 130Te below the neutron threshold
NUCLEAR REACTIONS 128,130Te(γ, γ'), (polarized γ, γ'), E=6.0, 9.13 MeV for 128Te and 6.4, 8.5 MeV for 130Te from Darmstadt high-intensity photon beams (DHIPS), and 2.76-8.92 MeV for 128Te and 5.5-8.5 MeV for 130Te linearly polarized and quasimonochromatic photon beams from TUNL HIγS facility; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ(θ), γ(linear polarization). 128,130Te; deduced levels below the neutron threshold, pygmy dipole resonance (PDR), J, π, γ-branching ratios to the first excited 2+ states, Γ02/Γ, photoabsorption cross sections, B(E1), dominant 1- states. Comparison with predictions of quasiparticle phonon model. Detailed data for levels given in the Supplemental Material of the paper.
