Intrinsic electric quadrupole moment of the K^π = 8^- isomeric state in ¹⁷⁸Hf

RADIOACTIVITY ^178mHf(IT); measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ(θ), level half-lives by γγ(t) fast-timing technique using two LaBr₃(Ce) scintillators, and Gammasphere array at ANL. ^178mHf; deduced levels, J, π, mixing ratios, B(E2) ratios, deformation parameters, and intrinsic quadrupole moments Q₀ for Kπ=8- band members.
