High-spin states above the isomers in neutron-rich iodine nuclei near N = 82
NUCLEAR REACTIONS 9Be(238U, F), E=6.2 MeV/nucleon; measured fission fragments using the VAMOS++ magnetic spectrometer and dual position-sensitive multiwire proportional counter (DPS-MWPC) at GANIL, Eγ, Iγ, prompt γγ-coin, (prompt γ)(delayed γ)-coin, (delayed γ)(delayed γ)-coin, half-lives of the isomers in 131I, 132I and 133I by γ(t) using AGATA array with 32 segmented HPGe detectors and seven EXOGAM segmented clover detectors for γ detection. 130,131,132,133,134I; deduced high-spin levels, J, π, isomers, configurations. Comparisons with large-scale shell-model calculations using the code NUSHELLX. Systematics of experimental energy differences for the lowest states in odd-N isotopes of Sn, Sb, Te and I.
NUCLEAR STRUCTURE 130,131,132,133,134I; calculated levels, J, π, probability of neutron hole occupancies in the νh11/2 orbital as a function of the total spin of negative parity states, and average spin contributions of proton and neutrons to the total spin of the negative parity states using large-scale shell-model calculations with the code NUSHELLX. Comparison with experimental data.
