Lifetime measurements in 52, 54Ti to study shell evolution toward N=32
NUCLEAR REACTIONS 50Ti(238U, X)52Ti/54Ti/46Ti, E=1608.9 MeV; measured reaction products, Eγ, Iγ, (particle)γ-coin, level half-lives by recoil-distance Doppler-shift (RDDS) method using the AGATA array for γ detection, the VAMOS++ magnetic spectrometer for particles, and Cologne plunger device for RDDS at GANIL facility. 52,54Ti; deduced levels, J, π, B(E2). Comparison with shell model calculations using various interactions, and with previous experimental results. Systematics of energies and B(E2) values for the first 2+ states in Z=20-28, N=26-34 even-even nuclei.
