Transition probabilities in neutron-rich ^{80, 82}Se and the role of the νg_9/2

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ²³⁸U(⁸²Se, ⁸⁰Se), (⁸²Se, ⁸²Se'), E=577 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, ^80,82Se scattered particles, (particle)γ-coin, total-kinetic energy losses (TKEL), level half-lives by recoil distance Doppler-shift (RDDS) method using Cologne plunger device, AGATA Demonstrator array for γ detection, and PRISMA magnetic spectrometer for particle detection at the INFNLN-Legnaro. ^80,82Se; deduced levels, J, π, B(E2), B(M1), B(E1), configurations. Comparison with large-scale shell-model calculations using the effective interactions JUN45 and jj44b. Systematics of energies and B(E1) values for N=44-48, Kr, Se and Ge isotopes.
