Quadrupole moment of 203Fr

NUCLEAR MOMENTS 203,207Fr; measured hyperfine spectra, ground-state spins, isotope shifts, magnetic dipole moments, spectroscopic quadrupole, and mean-square charge radii using high-resolution collinear resonance ionization spectroscopy (CRIS) at ISOLDE-CERN facility. 203,207Fr produced in U(p, X), E=1.4 GeV, using uranium carbide target, followed by mass separation using high-resolution separator (HRS) at ISOLDE. Comparison with literature values. 203Fr; deduced intrinsic quadrupole moment and calculated static and total deformation parameters β2. Systematics of quadrupole moments for N=110-126 Bi, Po and Fr isotopes.
