Low-Z shore of the "island of inversion" and the reduced neutron magicity toward 28O

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 1H, C(30Na, 29F), (30Na, 27F), E=228 MeV/nucleon, [secondary 30Na beam from 9Be(48Ca, X), E=345 MeV/nucleon primary reaction at RIBF-RIKEN facility]; measured reaction residues 27,29F using BigRIPS and ZeroDegree spectrometers, Eγ, Iγ, (27F)γ- and (29F)γ-coin using DALI2 array for γ detection. One-proton and one-proton-two-neutron removal reactions on carbon and polyethylene targets. 27,29F; deduced levels, J, π, binding energy. Comparison with calculations using the SDPF-M interaction, and correlation of 29F and 28O level spectra.
