Statistical approaches to lifetime measurements with restricted observation times
RADIOACTIVITY 94mRu(IT); measured and analyzed half-life of fully-ionized (bare) ions of 8+ isomeric state at 2644 keV using generic statistical methods based on frequentism and Bayesianism, and various filtering and sorting scenarios at the Experimental Cooler Storage Ring (CSRe) in Lanzhou, China; deduced ICC. Comparison with calculations using BrIcc code. Proposed a complete statistical analysis for half-life extraction. See also 2017Ze02 from the same laboratory for details of experimental description.
