One-neutron pickup into 49Ca: Bound neutron g9/2 spectroscopic strength at N=29

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 12C(48Ca, 49Ca), E=140 MeV/nucleon; measured Eγ, Iγ, (49Ca)γ-coin, γ(θ), neutron-pickup single-particle cross sections using A1900 fragment separator and GRETINA array at NSCL-MSU. Heavy-ion-induced neutron-pickup reaction. DWBA analysis. 49Ca; deduced levels, J, π, multipolarity, spectroscopic factors. Comparison with full sd+pf+sdg valence-space shell-model calculations.
