Rotational band structure in 32Mg

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 9Be(46Ar, 32Mg), E=102 MeV/nucleon, [secondary 46Ar beam from 9Be(48Ca, X), E=140 MeV/nucleon primary reaction]; measured Eγ, Iγ, (32Mg)γ-, γγ-coin using A1900 fragment separator, S800 spectrograph and GRETINA array at NSCL-MSU. 32Mg; deduced levels, J, π, rotational band in a nuclide in "island of inversion", configuration. Comparison with large-scale shell model calculations using ANTOINE code with the SDPF-U-MIX effective two-body interaction.
