Oblately deformed isomeric proton-emitting state in ¹⁵¹Lu

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ⁹⁶Ru(⁵⁸Ni, 2np), E=290 MeV; measured reaction products using RITU separator and GREAT spectrometer, Eγ, Iγ, γγ-, pγ-, (recoils)γ-coin, E(p), I(p), half-lives of the ground state and an isomer from proton-decay curves, level half-lives by recoil-distance Doppler shift method using a plunger device at the University of Jyvaskyla Accelerator Laboratory. Recoil-decay tagging method. ¹⁵¹Lu; deduced levels, J, π, bands, configuration. Comparison with nonadiabatic quasiparticle model calculations.

RADIOACTIVITY ¹⁵¹Lu(p)[from ⁹⁶Ru(⁵⁸Ni, 2np), E=290 MeV]; measured E(p), I(p), half-lives of ground state and isomer; deduced deformation parameters, configuration. Comparison with nonadiabatic quasiparticle model calculations, and with previous experimental results. ¹⁴⁹Tb, ^150,151Dy, ^151,151mHo, ¹⁵²Er, ^153,154Tm, ^154,155Yb, ¹⁵⁶Lu(α); observed α lines in the charged-particle spectrum.
