Revised spin values of the 991 keV and 1599 keV levels in ¹⁴⁰Sm

RADIOACTIVITY ¹⁴⁰Eu(EC), (β⁺)[from ¹¹²Cd(³²S, X)¹⁴⁰Eu/¹⁴⁰Gd, E=155 MeV at Heavy Ion Laboratory of University of Warsaw]; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin, γγ(θ) using EAGLE array. ¹⁴⁰Sm; deduced levels, J, π. Systematics of low-lying low-spin states in N=78 nuclei ¹³⁴Ba, ¹³⁶Ce, ¹³⁸Nd, ¹⁴⁰Sm, ¹⁴²Gd, ¹⁴⁴Dy.
