Gammasphere array for heavy-ion reactions, and GEANIE spectrometer for neutron-induced reactions. 118,120,122,124Sn; deduced levels, J, π above 10+ isomer in fusion-fission reactions, configurations. 95,96,97Nb, 95,96,97,98,99,100Zr, 116,117,119Sn; measured Eγ, γγ-coin for complementary isotopes in the fission process. Systematics of 10+ and 12+ states in A=116-130 even-mass Sn isotopes. Comparison with Shell model calculations.
