Lifetime of the first excited 2⁺ state in ¹⁷²W and ¹⁷⁸W

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹⁶⁰Dy(¹⁶O, 4n), E=85 MeV; ¹⁷⁰Er(¹²C, 4n), E=62 MeV; measured E(ce), I(ce), (ce)(ce)-coin using the Double Orange Spectrometer. ^172,178W; deduced T_1/2, B(E2) of excited states. Comparison with IBM calculations and systematics.
