NUCLEAR REACTIONS 24Mg(28Si, pα), (28Si, nα), (28Si, n2p), (28Si, 2np), E=87 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-, (particle)γ-coin. 47Cr, 47V deduced high-spin levels, J, π, band termination. 47,49Cr, 47V, 49Mn deduced Coulomb energy differences, deformation spin dependence. Shell model, liquid drop model calculations.
