Quenching of the π0p3/20p1/2 Spin-Orbit Splitting in 20O and the Effect of the Tensor Force

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 2H(20O, 3He), E=35 MeV/nucleon; measured reaction products. 20O, 19N; deduced the excitation energy spectrum of 19N, σ(θ), spectroscopic factors, the proton spin-orbit splitting, the effects of the tensor force predicted by state-of-the-art shell model interaction SFO-tls. The ACTAR TPC setup at GANIL.
