Triaxiality of neutron-rich ruthenium nuclei studied by lifetime measurements
NUCLEAR REACTIONS 9Be(238U, X)108Ru/109Ru/110Ru/111Ru/112Ru, E=6.2 MeV/nucleon; measured reaction products, Eγ, Iγ; deduced γ-ray energies, level T1/2 with the recoil distance Doppler-shift method, B(E2), breaking of axial symmetry. Comparison with a state-of-the-art beyond mean field calculations and the triaxial projected shell model (tpsm), available data. The Orsay Universal Plunger System (oups) at the Grand Accelerateur National d'Ions Lourds using the Advanced Gamma Tracking Array (AGATA) coupled to the Variable Mode Spectrometer.
