Shape evolution in neutron-rich odd-even 105-109Nb isotopes

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 9Be(238U, F)99Nb/101Nb/103Nb/105Nb/107Nb/109Nb, E=6.2 MeV/nucleon; deduced γ-ray energies and relative intensities, initial and final states J, π, bands, level scheme, the coexistence of axial and triaxial shapes in Nb isotopes. Comparison with available data, IBFM-CM calculations. The AGATA and EXOGAM arrays, VAMOS++ spectrometer at the Grand Accelerateur National d'Ions Lourds (GANIL) facility.

RADIOACTIVITY 252Cf(SF); measured decay products, Eγ, Iγ, γ-γ-γ-γ-coin. 99,101,103,105,107,109Nb; deduced γ-ray energies and relative intensities, initial and final states J, π, bands, level scheme, the coexistence of axial and triaxial shapes in Nb isotopes. Comparison with available data. The Gammasphere array at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL).
