Probing the most important 14O(α, p)17F resonance through a study of 17F(p, p')17F*
NUCLEAR REACTIONS 1H(17F, p), (17F, p'), E=38-42 MeV; measured reaction products, Ep, Ip. 17F; deduced σ(θ), σ, proton branching ratios populating both the ground and first excited states, resonance parameters. Comparison with available data. The University of Notre Dame Nuclear Science Laboratory using the newly commissioned TriSol radioactive beam facility.
