Neutron magicity in the proton drip-line nucleus 20Mg: First invariant-mass reconstruction of 19, 20Mg
RADIOACTIVITY 19,20Mg(2p) [from 9Be(24Mg, X)19Mg/20Mg, E=170 MeV/nucleon]; measured decay products, Ep, Ip; deduced decay energies, excitation energies, and intrinsic widths of the resonant states, J, π, level scheme, R4/2, persistence of N=8 shell around the proton drip-line. Comparison with shell model calculations, using the YSOX interaction, available data. The Coupled Cyclotron Facility at the National Superconducting Cyclotron Laboratory at Michigan State University.
