Invariant-mass spectroscopy in projectile fragmentation reactions
NUCLEAR REACTIONS 9Be(13O, X)9N/10N/11N/9C/10C/12O, E=65.4 MeV/nucleon; 9Be(9C, X), (9C, 9C), E=68 MeV/nucleon; measured charged particles from reaction products decay channels; deduced invariant mass spectra, resonances. 9,10,11N, 9,10C, 12O; deduced levels, J, π, widths of the resonances. Discussed application of the invariant-mass method to the study of the reaction products located furthest beyond the proton drip line. Experiments carried out at NSCL-MSU facility using A1900 fragment separator and High Resolution Array of Si-CsI(Tl) telescopes (HiRA).
