Fusion-fission events in the 11B + 181Ta reaction up to 5.7 MeV/nucleon energy

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 181Ta(11B, 6n)186Pt, (11B, 5n)187Pt, (11B, 4n)188Pt, (11B, 3n)189Pt, (11B, 5np)186Ir/186mIr, (11B, 4np)187Ir, (11B, 3np)188Ir, (11B, 5nα)183mOs, (11B, F)24Na/34mCl/66Ge/74mBr/83Br/77Kr/87mSr/90Mo/97mRh/103Cd/108In/109In/110mIn/115Ag/123Xe/129Sb/130Sb/131La/137Nd/139mNd/149Nd/160mHo, E=53.5, 54.9, 56.6, 58.7, 59.6, 62.4 MeV; measured activation σ(E) by off-line Eγ, Iγ measurements at 14UD BARC-TIFR Pelletron facility; deduced σ(E) of residues and fission fragments, complete and incomplete fusion evaporation σ(E), isotopic, isobaric and isomeric yields as function of beam energy, isomeric cross-section ratios, preequilibrium (PEQ) reaction strength in 181Ta(11B, 3n)189Pt, and compared with experimental data for other reaction systems. Comparison with theoretical calculations using statistical model codes EMPIRE3.2.2, and PACE4. Comparison of measured isotopic yield distributions for 181Ta, 232Th, 238U(11B, F), 181Ta(16O, F), 169Tm(19F, F), and 238U(22Ne, F). Comparison of measured reduced fusion excitation functions for 159Tb, 181Ta, 209Bi(11B, X), 159Tb, 181Ta(12C, X), and 174,176Yb(16O, X).
