Shell effect in the mean square charge radii and magnetic moments of bismuth isotopes near N=126

NUCLEAR MOMENTS 211,213Bi; measured hyperfine splittings, isotope shifts, using in-source resonance ionization spectroscopy at the laser-nuclear complex of the Investigation of Radioactive Isotopes on Synchrocyclotron (IRIS) facility at Petersburg Nuclear Physics Institute (PNPI) synchrocyclotron; deduced hfs constants, changes in rms radii, magnetic dipole and electric quadrupole moments. Systematics of magnetic dipole moments and changes in charge radii for nuclei near N=126.
