α-decay properties of the new isotope ²¹⁶U

RADIOACTIVITY ^{216,216m,218,218m}U(α)[from ¹⁸⁰W(⁴⁰Ar, xn), E=189.5 MeV]; measured evaporation residues (ER), Eα, Iα, correlated ER-α1-α2 events, α-decay half-lives using SHANS spectrometer at HIRFL-Lanzhou facility; deduced ²¹⁶U new isotope and its isomeric state, and α-reduced widths. ^212,214Th, ^208,210Ra(α); measured Eα, Iα, α-decay half-lives, α-reduced widths. Comparison with previous experimental results.
