Relative quadrupole moments of exotic shapes at ultrahigh spin in ¹⁵⁴Er: calibrating the TSD/SD puzzle

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹¹⁰Pd(⁴⁸Ti, X), E=215 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin using Gammasphere, Doppler shift. ¹⁵⁴Er deduced high spin (ultrahigh) transition quadrupole moment using DSAAM (Doppler shift attenuation method), axial superdeformed shape, triaxial strongly deformed shape, rotational bands, inertia moments.Inertia moments compared with those obtained in ¹⁵²Dy and ¹⁵³Ho.
