Excitation functions of proton-induced reactions on natural Nd in the 10-30 MeV energy range, and production of radionuclides relevant for double-β decay

NUCLEAR REACTIONS Nd(p, X)¹⁴⁰Pm/^140mPm/¹⁴¹Pm/¹⁴³Pm/¹⁴⁴Pm/¹⁴⁶Pm/¹⁴⁸Pm/^148mPm/¹⁴⁹Pm/¹⁵⁰Pm/¹⁴⁰Nd/¹⁴¹Nd/¹⁴⁷Nd/¹⁴⁹Nd/^138mPr/¹³⁹Pr/¹⁴⁰Pr/¹⁴²Pr/¹⁴⁷Pr/¹⁴⁹Pr/¹³⁹Ce, E=10-30 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, elemental and cumulative cross sections by activation method. Discussed activation of natural neodymium by cosmic rays, and SNO+ experiment. Comparison with predictions of TENDL-2010 database (TALYS code).
