NUCLEAR REACTIONS 170Er(29Si, 5n), E=147 MeV; 170Er(30Si, 4n), E=138 MeV; measured prompt and delayed Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin. 194,196Pb deduced levels, J, π, B(E1), B(E2), B(E3), isomer decay features. Caesar array, potential energy surface calculations.
