Excitation energies and spins of the yrast superdeformed band in ¹⁹¹Hg

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹⁷⁴Yb(²²Ne, 5n), E=120 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin, DSA. ¹⁹¹Hg deduced superdeformed band energies, J, discrete and quasi-continuum linking transitions, pairing features. Gammasphere array, comparison with model predictions.
