Enhanced neutron pair transfer and collective excitations in the system ²⁰⁶Pb + ¹¹⁸Sn at barrier energies

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ²⁰⁸Pb(¹¹⁸Sn, ¹¹⁶Sn), (¹¹⁸Sn, ¹¹⁷Sn), (¹¹⁸Sn, ¹¹⁸Sn'), (¹¹⁸Sn, ¹¹⁹Sn), (¹¹⁸Sn, ¹²⁰Sn), E=5.14, 5.32 MeV/nucleon; measured Eγ, Iγ, (particle)γ-coin; deduced one- and two-neutron transfer probabilities, spectroscopic amplitudes, σ(θ), enhancement factors. Semi-classical analysis, comparison with model predictions.
