NUCLEAR REACTIONS 58Ni(27Al, 3pα), E=115 MeV; 63Cu(19F, 2n2p), E=74 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin, DSA. 78Kr deduced high-spin levels T1/2, transition quadrupole moments, deformation effects. Cranked mean-field calculations.
