Investigation of the use of an α + Xn Reaction Channel to Enhance the Population of Superdeformed States in ¹⁹³Hg and ¹⁹⁵Hg

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹⁸⁴W(¹⁸O, 5nα), (¹⁸O, 6n), (¹⁸O, 7n), E=115, 120 MeV; ¹⁸⁶W(¹⁸O, 5nα), E=105, 110 MeV; ¹⁶⁴Dy(³⁰Si, 4n), E=147 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-, (charged particle)γ-coin. ^190,193Hg deduced superdeformed bands transitions, relative intensities.
