NUCLEAR REACTIONS ^190,192Os(γ, γ'), E=4 MeV bremsstrahlung; measured Eγ, Iγ(θ). ^190,192Os deduced levels, J, π, B(M1), dipole excitation strength distribution, scissors mode. Comparison with IBM-2 predictions.
