Investigations of Nuclear Structure from g-Factor Measurements on Projectile Beams

NUCLEAR REACTIONS Si(⁷⁴Se, ⁷⁴Se'), (⁷⁶Se, ⁷⁶Se'), (⁷⁸Se, ⁷⁸Se'), (⁸⁰Se, ⁸⁰Se'), (⁸²Se, ⁸²Se'), E=230-262 MeV; Si(¹⁴⁴Nd, ¹⁴⁴Nd'), (¹⁴⁶Nd, ¹⁴⁶Nd'), (¹⁴⁸Nd, ¹⁴⁸Nd'), (¹⁵⁰Nd, ¹⁵⁰Nd'), E=282-288 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ(θ), γ(Si)-coin following Coulomb excitation. ^{74,76,78,80,82}Se, ^{144,146,148,150}Nd levels deduced g factors. Comparison with IBM calculations. Inverse kinematic transient field technique.
