Decay and Properties of the Yrast Superdeformed Band in ¹⁹²Pb

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹⁷³Yb(²⁴Mg, 5n), E=134.5 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γγ-coin. ¹⁹²Pb deduced high-spin, superdeformed levels, band structure, possible discrete linking transition.
