Electric Quadrupole Polarization Charges in Proton Drip Line Nuclei

NUCLEAR STRUCTURE ⁴⁸Ni, ¹⁰⁰Sn; calculated isoscalar, isovector quadrupole strength function, nucleon polarization charges, B(E2). Hartree-Fock with Skyrme interactions, RPA solved in coordinate space with the Green's function method.
