Quasiparticle Excitations in Superdeformed ¹⁹²Hg

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹⁶⁰Gd(³⁶S, 4n), E=159 MeV; measured γγ-, γγγ-coin. ¹⁹²Hg deduced high-spin levels, J, π, superdeformed bands, dynamic moment of inertia.
