New Results on the Superdeformed Band in ¹⁹²Hg

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹⁶⁰Gd(³⁶S, 4n), E=159 MeV; measured γγ-coin. ¹⁹²Hg deduced superdeformed band dynamical moment of inertia features. Cranked HFB model comparison.
