NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹¹⁴Cd(²⁷Al, 5n), (²⁷Al, 3nα), E=131, 134 MeV; ¹¹⁶Sn(²⁴Mg, 3np), E=133 MeV; measured Eγ, Iγ, γ(θ). ^134,136Pm deduced levels, J, π, B(λ) ratios, band characteristics. Semi-classical model.
