NUCLEAR REACTIONS ^84,86Kr(polarized d, ³He), E=52 MeV; measured σ(θ), iT₁₁(θ). ^83,85Br levels deduced J, π. ^84,86Kr, ^86,88Sr, ^90,92,94,96Zr, ^{92,94,96,98,100}Mo; analyzed data; deduced single particle energy, spreading width systematics.
