E2 Effective Charges of g_9/2 Nucleons Derived from Quadrupole Moments of High-Spin Isomers in ^88,90,91Zr and ^90,92,94Mo

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ^{74,76,77,78,80,82}Se(¹²C, xn), (¹³C, xn), E=48 MeV; ^{74,76,77,78,80,82}Se(¹⁶O, xn), E=56 MeV; measured γ(θ, H, t). ^88,90,91Zr deduced isomer static quadrupole moment. ^90,92,94Mo deduced isomer static quadrupole moments, ratios.
