NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹¹⁶Cd(⁴⁸Ti, 3n), (⁴⁸Ti, 4n), E=205 MeV; measured Doppler shifted γ-, total decay energy coin, recoil. ^160,161Yb levels deduced T_1/2, quadrupole moments vs rotational frequency.
