Low-Lying Isoscalar Dipole Excitations in ²⁰⁸Pb

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ²⁰⁸Pb(α, α'), E=48 MeV; measured σ(Eα, θ). ²⁰⁸Pb deduced T=0, dipole states, Γ, EWSR. Microscopic DWBA analysis, nuclear diffuseness dipole oscillation.
