Quadrupole Moments of First Excited States in ²⁸Si, ³²S, and ⁴⁰Ar

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ²⁰⁶Pb(²⁸Si, ²⁸Si'γ), E=100-120 MeV; ²⁰⁶Pb(³²S, ³²S'γ), E=130-150 MeV; ¹³⁰Te(⁴⁰Ar, ⁴⁰Ar'γ), E=110-125 MeV; measured σ(E(²⁸Si'), Eγ, θ(γ)), σ(E(³²S'), Eγ, θ(γ)), σ(E(⁴⁰Ar'), Eγ, θ(γ)). ²⁸Si, ³²S, ⁴⁰Ar levels deduced quadrupole moment.
